The Israel Tennis Center-Haifa opened in 1982 and features 20 illuminated courts, a stadium that seats 500 spectators, two practice walls, a fitness room, snack bar and sport shop.
History

Lilo Tzarfati fell in love with tennis when he was 10 years old. He played on a competitive level until he was 18 and he enlisted in the Army, where he served as a fighter and a commander in an elite unit. After being released, Lilo started coaching at the ITC - Haifa and studying for his degree in Physical Education at the Wingate Institute simultaneously. Lilo continued coaching at the ITC - Haifa and eventually became head coach. In 2005, Lilo became the manager of the ITC - Haifa, a role which he loves. His motto is that hard work always leads to great things, which can be seen in his desire to continue to move onwards and upwards.
